This site does not ask for your name, telephone number, email address or any other detail about you, because there is nothing here to fill in.
Like most websites it does receive ordinary technical information automatically: your IP address, browser and device type, the page you arrived from, and the advertisement you clicked. We use advertising measurement tools that record when a page is viewed and when the call button is tapped, so that we can tell which advertisements are working. These tools record that a tap happened. They are not able to hear or record your telephone call.
When you telephone the number on this page, an intake representative will ask you questions and will write down what you tell them. That normally includes your name, telephone number, general location, the medical condition that keeps you from working, your recent work history, and whether you have already applied for benefits.
Calls may be monitored or recorded for quality, training and record-keeping purposes. If you would prefer not to be recorded, say so at the start of the call.
To determine whether a disability claim may be available to you, and, if it may be, to refer your information to a law firm or representative who handles these claims. We also use it to contact you about your enquiry.
We share what you tell us with the law firm or representative to whom your matter is referred, and with the service providers who operate our telephone systems and record-keeping. We do not sell information to unrelated advertisers or list brokers.
Once your information has been passed to a firm or representative, their own privacy policy governs what they do with it. We cannot withdraw information on your behalf after it has been referred.
If you telephone us, we may call or text you back at the number you used or gave us, in order to continue the conversation you started. If at any point you no longer want to hear from us, say so on a call or write to the address below and we will stop.
We keep intake records for as long as needed to handle the referral and to meet our legal and record-keeping obligations, after which they are deleted or anonymised.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to ask for a copy, to ask us to correct or delete it, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We do not sell personal information. To make any of these requests, contact us using the details below. We will not treat you differently for exercising these rights.
This service is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
If this policy changes, the revised version will be posted here with a new date at the top.
