Disability Benefit Advocate is an advertising and intake service operated by Legal Advocate Group. Its purpose is to identify people who may have a Social Security Disability claim and to connect them by telephone with a law firm or representative who handles such claims.
It is not a government service and is not connected with the Social Security Administration. It is not a law firm, and we do not provide legal advice or representation. You are free to apply for benefits yourself, directly with the SSA, at no cost.
Everything written here describes how disability claims generally work. It is not advice about your circumstances, and general information can be wrong when applied to a particular case. Eligibility rules change and are applied to the facts of each claim.
Using this site or telephoning us does not create an attorney-client relationship or any representative relationship, and does not oblige any firm to accept your matter. Such a relationship begins only on signing a written agreement with a firm or representative.
Disability claims and appeals are subject to strict time limits, including short deadlines for appealing a denial. Calling us does not stop, extend or preserve any deadline. If a time limit may be close, act promptly and do not rely on this service to protect it.
Please give accurate information during the call. Decisions about whether a claim may be available are made on what you say, and inaccurate information wastes your time as well as ours.
